During your session you'll experience a strong cooling sensation that quickly becomes more comfortable as your body adapts. Our team will be with you throughout to ensure you're comfortable.

Our state of the art MECOTEC Cryo One+ chamber operates at temperatures as low as -87°C. Despite the extreme temperature, sessions are short and the cold air is completely dry, creating a surprisingly comfortable experience for most people.
-

You'll be provided with the necessary protective accessories, including gloves, footwear protection, mask and hat. Most clients wear gym shorts or swimwear. This depends on your goals. At most, it is possible to have two cryotherapy sessions in one day, but these should be spaced out by at least 2 hours. Our team can help you decide on a schedule that suits your needs.

Not quite. While both use cold exposure, cryotherapy uses dry cold air, whereas an ice bath uses cold water. Many people find cryotherapy more comfortable because there is no immersion in water and sessions only last a few minutes. The experience is often described as invigorating and energising rather than something to simply endure.
-
