HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY.
BREATHE. RECOVER. RECHARGE.
Experience Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) in a comfortable, pressurised chamber designed to increase the amount of oxygen available to your body's tissues.
By breathing concentrated oxygen under increased atmospheric pressure, HBOT helps deliver oxygen more effectively throughout the body, supporting natural recovery processes, healing and overall wellbeing.
Whether you're recovering from training, injury, surgery or simply looking to optimise your recovery routine, HBOT offers a relaxing and non invasive treatment experience.
WHAT IS HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy involves relaxing in a specially designed pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen enriched air.
The increased pressure allows oxygen to dissolve more efficiently into blood plasma and body tissues than would normally be possible at standard atmospheric pressure.
This increased oxygen availability can support the body's natural repair and recovery processes, making HBOT increasingly popular among athletes, wellness clients and those seeking support for recovery following illness, injury or medical procedures.
Sessions are relaxing, comfortable and require no effort beyond sitting back and breathing normally.
UNDERSTANDING HBOT
Unlike normal breathing conditions, HBOT combines:
Increased Pressure
The chamber is pressurised above normal atmospheric levels, allowing oxygen to travel more efficiently throughout the body.
Increased Oxygen Availability
Breathing oxygen enriched air increases the amount of oxygen available to tissues, muscles and cells.
Enhanced Oxygen Delivery
Together, pressure and oxygen help improve the body's ability to transport oxygen to areas where recovery and repair processes are taking place.
Your session is completely non invasive and designed to be comfortable and relaxing.
RECOVERY & HEALING
HBOT is increasingly used by athletes, active individuals and those recovering from surgery or injury as part of a wider recovery programme.
Oxygen plays an important role in many of the body's natural repair processes and recovery mechanisms.

Arrival & Consultation
A member of our team will explain the chamber, answer any questions and ensure you're comfortable before your session begins.
Getting Comfortable
You'll relax inside our hyperbaric chamber and settle in for your treatment. Many clients choose to read, listen to music, watch content or simply relax. The chamber take approximately 10-15 minutes to reach pressure, during which a member of the team will check in on you to make sure you’re happy and comfortable.
Your HBOT Session
As the chamber gradually pressurises, you may notice a feeling similar to changes in altitude during air travel. This is completely normal and easily managed by gently equalising your ears.
Once at pressure, simply relax and breathe normally while your session progresses.
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes.
After Your Session
There is no recovery period required and you can return to your normal daily activities immediately.
Many clients report feeling refreshed, energised and relaxed following treatment.
